HERMINE WARREN, DNP, Clinical Associate 

Hermine Warren, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), has been an Advanced Practice RN (APRN) for over 35 years. She is both a PALETTE and Galderma GenNow faculty member. Additionally, Hermine has been certified by the Esthetic Skin Institute, International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, Lumenis, Palomar, Cutera, Allergan, Galderma, and Merz Aesthetics giving her extensive training and background to provide you with a custom-tailored program to meet your individual non-surgical aesthetic needs.

SASHA PARKER, RN, MEP-C, LMT, FS, CE, Educational Associate

Sasha Parker, President and Founder of Esthetic Skin Institute, Inc attended Indiana University as a business major before refocusing her career and receiving her Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Broward Community College, over 27 years ago. She served as Assistant Surgical Administrator of the AMI Outpatient Surgery Center and as Surgical Administrator of the Eye Care and Surgery Center. Her surgical career has afforded her the opportunity of working with numerous renowned Plastic Surgeons in the South Florida area. Sasha is also a Registered Facial Specialist (esthetician) for over 11 years, and holds professional licenses as a Certified Electrologist and Licensed Massage Therapist.

FRIDA KHAN, Licensed Esthetician

Frida Khan has over 10 years medical spa experience in the South Bay.  She gives her clients the best experience combined with fantastic results. Her focus is on treating a variety of conditions including acne to aged and sun damaged skin. She currently holds advanced training in ZO Skin Health, Skin Better Science, Osmosis, Dermalogica, Saian, Eminence, Lemeiu, Enspri, Dr. Murad's products, and Skin Analysis. She also performs micro-currents, microdermabrasion, PCA peels, therapeutic facials, lymphatic drainage, and total body wraps.

ANNE GARCIA, Office Coordinator

Anne has been the primary office staff member at Lumier Medical for over 3 years. She is one of the most valued team members who facilitates Dr. Lum in the day-to-day operations of his practice to ensure that patient needs can be taken care of in the most efficient way possible. We have a very busy concierge aesthetic medical practice, and Dr. Lum is usually booked for weeks in advance. For those “last minute” patients who don’t mind being added to a waiting list, she proactively accommodates them when cancellations are available.
