Consider resistance training.
Sure, cardio exercises do make you feel better and help promote heart health. However, a couple of recent studies have identified resistance training as effective in preventing bone loss and muscle atrophy, both of which are physical signs of aging. The results of this study demonstrated that a regular, progressive resistance routine, whether via free weights or a bodyweight routine, can reverse aging at the gene level.
